Coverdell Education Savings Account (ESA)
A Coverdell ESA, also referred to as an Education IRA, is a trust or custodial account created or organized in the United States specifically for the purpose of paying the qualified education expenses of the designated beneficiary of the account. To qualify, the designated beneficiary must be under the age of 18 or a special needs beneficiary. This account lets you make non-deductible contributions annually until the student reaches the age of 30. And earnings grow Tax-FREE!
Summer Paycheck Club
This account is designed for school district employees who receive fewer than 12 paychecks per year, but is open to all members of Chaffey FCU. Deposit a minimum amount of $50 (maximum is $2,000 per month) from payroll deduction or direct deposit and earn up to 3.25%! Dividends pay at maturity on June 15 each year.
