  • W2's of 1099's (for the 2 most recent years)
  • If self-employed, last 2 years complete signed federal tax returns
  • Social Security award letter/pension of annuity statements if applicable
  • Verification of funds for down payments. Must be own funds
  • Most current 2 months bank statements (all pages)
  • Two forms of government issued ID and a copy of the social security card
  • Park approval (prior to funding)
  • Contact information for insurance agent who will be insuring the unit (prior to funding)
