To Activate a Visa Card
Great news! You’re one step away from making purchases with your branch new Chaffey FCU Visa Card. From your primary phone, please call 800-631-3197 and have the last 4 digits of the cardholder’s Social Security Number available. After activating your card, you will have the option to select a PIN.
If you wish to update your PIN at a time other than during card activation, please call 888-886-0083.
Digital Wallet
Chaffey FCU Debit and Credit cards come enabled with contactless payment technology and the ability to sync to your digital wallet. A digital wallet is a secure way to carry your debit and credit card on your mobile smart device, allowing you to make purchases with your phone after your card has been connected.
To Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Card

Fraud Center
