Credit Union Annual Meetings are meetings of the Membership. They allow Chaffey FCU Members to receive highlights from the previous year, look at upcoming goals, vote for our Board of Directors, and hear directly from the Chaffey FCU Executive Team.

2024 Board Candidates
Don Bertucci
I began my career in education as a teacher in Chaffey Joint Union High School District in 1977. I worked summers in the credit department at Goodyear Tire. In 1986 I became an assistant principal at Chaffey High School. I moved to the Riverside County Office of Education in 1993 as a principal and then ROP Director. I returned to the Chaffey District in 1999 as the Director of Student Support Services and moved to the Business office in 2008 and became the Assistant Superintendent of Business in 2009 until my retirement in 2015.
I have been a member of the Chaffey Federal Credit Union since 1978. I began my volunteer service to the CFCU as a member of the Credit Committee in 1986. In 1989 I became a member of the Supervisory Committee and was elected to the Board in 1991. I became Chairman in 2001.
I am honored to serve on the Board and I am committed to providing leadership and direction that reflects the best interest of the members of the Chaffey Federal Credit Union.
Cedric de Visser
My name is Cedric de Visser. I have been a member of the Chaffey Federal Credit Union for 30 plus years. I worked for the Upland Unified School District as a teacher, principal and as a Director during my 35 years with the district.
I served on the Chaffey Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee for approximately 5 years and I am currently serving on the Chaffey Federal Credit Union Board for the last 15 years. I continue to look forward in helping guide the Credit Union to be an organization that prides itself in taking care of the needs of its members.
Beth Freer
I have worked in the field of education for the last 30 years. A native New Yorker, I began my career as a 4th grade general education teacher in Queens. Upon receiving my master's degree in exceptional student education, I transitioned into special education teaching as an inclusion teacher, resource specialist, and special day class teacher. I was also a program specialist and then a principal before moving into district office administration. I am currently the Executive Director of Special Education for the Etiwanda School District and have been part of the district since 2015.
I have been a Board Member with the Chaffey Federal Credit Union for the last six years. It continues to be an honor to serve in this capacity, helping Chaffey Federal Credit Union members achieve and maintain financial well-being.
