Chaffey FCU Ambassadors serve as a connection between Chaffey FCU and Members of our community. Ambassadors contribute to our goals of financial literacy and quality service by ensuring that each company and school has access to financial resources, events, and education.

Chaffey FCU Provides free financial services* to all Ambassadors

  • Free Membership ($10 value)

  • Free Chaffey Plus Checking Account ($6 monthly)**

  • Free Box of Checks (quarterly)

  • Free Cashier’s Checks

Reward Program

Take advantage of free gifts, such as gift cards, electronics, or gift baskets for your work as an Ambassador.

  • Attending or volunteering at CFCU evetns

  • Inviting CFCU, or allowing CFCU to provide information at your workplace events

  • Referring new CFCU Members*

  • Keeping their workplace current with CFCU information

*Limit: 2 Ambassador Referrals per year are eligible for rewards

Ambassador Expectations

  • Maintain and share updated CFCU information at their workplace
    • Requesting new informational items when running low
  • Communicate information to the employees at your work location about Chaffey FCU
    • Including, but not limited to, updating them about news in our monthly email communication, directing them to the Chaffey supplies in the brochure rack
  • Allow Chaffey FCU to attend or provide materials for work events, when appropriate
  • Attend and support other Chaffey FCU events
  • Sharing Chaffey FCU events and opportunities on social platforms, when appropriate
  • Ambassador Terms must be renewed in August of each year.
  • During activities, Ambassadors represent their organization and Chaffey FCU. We ask that all Ambassadors remain committed to their role by:
    • Arriving to all events on time
    • Facilitating clear, constant communication when needed
    • Wear your Ambassador Badge at all events you choose to participate in
    • Remain respectful at all times
    • Avoid political or conflicting topics
    • Avoid alcoholic beverages

Communication

Ambassadors will recieve a monthly email from Chaffey FCU to ensure quality communication and service on the following topics:

  • Upcoming opportunities and events
  • Chaffey FCU News (community involvement, products and services, campaigns)
  • Changes in the Ambassador Program
