What you need to know

To better serve our members we will be performing a system upgrade.

During the morning of Monday July 25th, to the afternoon, your Chaffey FCU debit/credit card may experience issues.

Our home/mobile banking and audio teller may be disrupted as well during this time.

We are taking every measure to ensure your transactions are unaffected during the upgrade process. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will inform you once the process is completed.


When is this happening?

This will take place Monday, July 25th until 1:00pm. Due to this process, our hours will be limited to 1:00pm - 5:30pm

To accommodate all members, we will be extending our hours for the previous Saturday, July 23rd from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Please take care of any financial needs you may have during the extended hours. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call or visit a branch.

Saturday July 23rd: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Monday July 25th: 1:00pm - 5:30pm

Our normal business hours will resume the following Tuesday, July 26th.
