Chaffey FCU monitors your account 24 hours a day to detect and resolve fraud. With Visa Zero Liability Policy, your liability is $0, meaning you are not responsible for unauthorized purchases. You should report unauthorized items within 60 days upon receipt of your statement. In most cases, funds taken from your account due to fraudulent use will be returned to you. Cash does not offer security protection, and once you lose it, it’s gone.

You can make purchases at merchant locations displaying the NYCE logo and directly debit your checking account. It's Easy!
Visa Debit Card is available to qualifying members over age 18. Visa Debit Card transactions are automatically deducted from your checking account, so you can access your balance online with CFCU Home Banking or over the phone. Your monthly checking account statement will provide full details for all your purchases, including merchant name, location, amount, and date.

To Activate a Visa Debit Card
From your primary phone, please call 877-204-9864 (international callers dial 859-488-4128), and have the last 4 digits of the cardholder’s Social Security Number available. After activating the card, you will have the option to select a PIN.
If you wish to change your PIN number other than at card activation, please call 877-267-6914 (International callers dial 859-488-4134).
To Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Debit Card

ATM CARD
Your Visa Debit Card is also an ATM Card and you may withdraw up to $500.00 cash per day at more than 58,000 ATM locations worldwide. Also, more than 9,000 Deposit-taking CO-OP ATMs are available for you to make deposits to your accounts.
Surcharge-free ATMs
Look for the CO-OP Network logo to withdraw your cash and pay no surcharge fees! There are more than 30,000 convenient CO-OP Network ATM locations and in 7-Eleven® and select Costco® and Stater Bros.® locations in 50 states nationwide to serve you.
