Savings Accounts

Dividends are paid quarterly. Statements are mailed quarterly. Note: Federal regulations limit the number of transfers and/or withdrawals from savings accounts to six (6) per month, including transfers to cover overdrafts.

Christmas Club

This convenient account is designed so that you can save all year for your holiday purchases. The term is November 1st to October 31st. Funds are disbursed by November 15th into your checking or savings account. Deposit any amount at any time, or arrange for payroll deduction, direct deposit or automatic transfers. No penalty for early withdrawal.

Summer Paycheck Account

The account provides for an uninterrupted paycheck for school district employees who receive a paycheck 10 months a year. This service is free. Deposit a minimum amount of $50 (maximum is $1,000 per month) from payroll deduction or direct deposit.

Coverdell Education Savings Account (ESA)

A Coverdell ESA, also referred to as an Education IRA, is a trust or custodial account created or organized in the United States specifically for the purpose of paying the qualified education expenses of the designated beneficiary of the account. To qualify, the designated beneficiary must be under the age of 18 or a special needs beneficiary. This account lets you make non-deductible contributions annually until the student reaches the age of 30. And earnings grow Tax-FREE!

Your aggregate savings accounts are insured to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration(NCUA), a federal agency. Your accounts are also insured up to an additional $250,000 with coverage provided by ASI, for combined coverage of up to $500,000.
